Shipping & Delivery
Customer orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hrs of successful payment. The tracking number associated with the order will be emailed to the purchaser's email address when the book(s) are shipped. The tracking information can also be found in your customer account area.
If any book(s) within your order are found to be temporarily out of stock you will be notified via email which book(s) have been placed on back order. Books that are placed on back order will be shipped within 24 hours of becoming available at our warehouse; at which time you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped.
Added Insurance with Route
Please note, all orders ship USPS Media Mail Insured. As an added convenience we now offer Route as an additional insurance options. Benefits of Route include:
- Protection that covers product loss, theft or damage.
- Provide peace of mind while empowering you to self-resolve issues in seconds if something goes wrong.

Returns & Replacements
Our goal is to ensure that your experience with MahoganyBooks is both enjoyable & honorable. Therefore, we have crafted the following return policy to meet your needs and keep you protected as a consumer. Please refer to the information below for details on how to return your product(s). To begin the return process you must submit an Online Return Request. To obtain your Return Approval confirmation please complete the following steps:
1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

4. Click Submit Return Request.
MahoganyBooks must receive notification of your intent to return a product within 3 days of you receiving your product(s). The book(s) must then be returned to the MahoganyBooks office within 10 days of receiving your Return Approval confirmation email. Please note that final approval is up to management discretion.
All books returned for a refund must be in sellable condition, exhibiting no wear. We retain the right to refuse a refund to any item that exhibits wear or has been returned after the 13 day grace period.
Purchases that are accepted for a refund will only be credited the purchase price of the book. Shipping & handling fees charged at time of order are non-refundable.
