The MahoganyBooks Bookseller II position is responsible for selling products and services, the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, arranging, stocking and displays in addition to providing high-level customer service. You are at the forefront of creating an exciting and engaging shopping experience in our store by enthusiastically sharing your knowledge about our products and services and meeting the needs of the customer. The MahoganyBooks customer service representative serves as a virtual bookseller to our online, socially distanced, and phone customers. This highly motivated, customer-centric, book lover will field questions for book recommendations and order updates, as well as, fulfill online orders, resolve customer complaints, and provide backend support where needed. With attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a go-getter mindset you are responsible for building, maintaining, and/or restoring customer trust and loyalty. The ideal candidate works well with a team, communicates effectively, cares about and values people.
