Assistant Manager | Full-time @ National Harbor
The assistant manager position assists in the execution, leadership, and oversight of bookstore operations. They work with the store manager to train, supervise, develop and motivate team members. Additionally, the assistant manager will partner with the store manager in executing strategic and operational plans to create a profitable, efficient, customer-centric, and exciting retail experience, which includes direct oversight of the cafe.
