A MahoganyBooks Bookseller is responsible for creating a positive, engaging shopping experience while maintaining efficient daily store operations. This role requires someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, pays close attention to detail, and brings book knowledge, community spirit, and a love of culture to every shift. The ideal candidate will be available for opening and closing shifts on both weekdays and weekends and wants to show up for their community. They care about and value people, lead with warmth, and understand that helping someone find the right book is an act of care.
