Ruth Chandler Cook is an author and entrepreneur who leads efforts to advance opportunities for the traditionally underrepresented segments of society. She incorporated her technology company called HireHer(R) in 2017 after observing and navigating the prejudice and bias people of color confront. Ruth is an accomplished certified human resources executive who held a very successful career in industry and government including service as a human resources executive in the headquarters of the Department of the Treasury.
