"A tale of two souls relinquishing the past to embrace the future."
As far as J. Collins is concerned, he couldn't have met Rachel Patterson under a more embarrassing circumstance. He is sure she will clutch her purse and cross to the other side of the street at the sight of him. J. learns his assumptions are correct when he and Rachel constantly meet in the elevator of the building where they live. Rachel sees these untimely encounters as a constant reminder of why good men are in short supply.
The odd pair agree they are not meant for each other until the elevator breaks, leaving them trapped. J. and Rachel know a higher plan is in the works, but their family and friends don't agree. They wonder what does an Used Tire Distributor have in common with a Non-profit Director. The concerns appear to be validated when J. becomes the prime suspect of an evil plan against the Non-profit Organization, Dreamcatcher's.
J. and Rachel struggle to stay faithful to God and each other. However, J's past is exposed and Rachel's ex-fiancé returns to Richmond, VA with an agenda of his own. J. and Rachel pray this higher plan is enough to elevate them.
